Artisan Skyr

Is it yogurt? Is it cheese? Skyr (pronounced skeer) is a yogurt-like cheese that was once produced throughout northern Europe, but was forgotten outside of Iceland for centuries. We craft our artisan skyr in small batches, incubate it for a full 24 hours, and strain the curd for a full-bodied, creamy treat that is rich in protein and probiotics. We use whole milk from our cows and live bacteria cultures. That’s it. Simple and wholesome.

Our flavored skyrs are known for their pleasant but subtle sweet flavor. They only contain natural ingredients like maple syrup and raspberries, sourced as locally as possible.

Skyr is delicious by the spoonful and as versatile as your imagination. Our fans use skyr in fruit smoothies, waffle batter, savory soups, and tangy salad dressings.
